Hellhorse Dragons are foul-tempered, spirited creatures with tempestuous and violent dispositions. Torrents of scorching flames erupt from their bodies and can easily set their surroundings ablaze. Highly aggressive and territorial toward other dragon species, Hellhorses will tolerate others as long as they believe the association to be beneficial. Such alliances are tenuous in nature and frequently short-lived, as the slightest disagreement can easily escalate into a full-out brawl.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Hellhorse Aberrant. A feral and untrustworthy beast of myth that allegedly ran wild across a nascent Archanea millennia ago. Not a single word that left his thoughts was without traces of falseness, and he used both wordplay and intimidation to work his prey into traps. Everything he lied about was to his own benefit, with the most dire consequences for victims. But in more recent times, the largest fire the territory had ever seen brought about superstition, fuelled by discoveries of strange hoof-like prints. Claims of sighting, then slaying Aberrant arose, but even the scorched Hellhorse horns brought in for proof persistently fail to erase the fear instilled by a single blackened rock, upon which freshly scratched markings were discovered:

Head and tail of the serpent that lies,

Torso and heart of mendacious lives.

Heinous, scheming, hellion's frame,

That of a horse, but untamed.

Virulent voice and deceptive cries,

One who convinces, then twists minds.
