Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Lumos has wished, from the moment of hatching, that he had been born a Magi. He doesn't like warming new eggs. He'd rather be performing spells. In fact, when he's not on egg-tending duty, Lumos is often found hanging out near the Magi dragons in Nadat's cave, studying what they do in hopes of one day finding a way to use magic the way they do. Some of the Magi mock him for this, like Illidan, Soren, and Niviane. But, much to Lumos' delight, Radaghast and McGonagall, two of the older Magi dragons, welcome him to watch and try the spells, always saying that maybe in time he'll cast successfully.
