Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Corrbet is one of the many adopted dragons in "Clan Oddities" and his story is an unusual one. Kyrosio was in the middle of his hunt when he found Corrbet dying in the blistering sands of the desert. Feeling pity for the hatchling Kyrosio took Corrbet back to the Clan, and probably did this because he knew what had happened to Corrbet. Originally Corrbet was wary of all the other dragons, exception to Kyrosio, but one day he saw Domokos all alone. For whatever reason, Corrbet approached Domokos and soon became the best of friends. Years later both of these hatchlings matured and took on larger responsibilities for the Clan. Corrbet never forgot what Kyrosio did for him and vowed to always protect any lost hatchling he finds.
