Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

In most countries, the title of 'royal vent-wiper' is one of the lowest royal aides—but in the toiletry-based kingdom of the Guardian of Nature's Call it is one of the highest positions. Royal Vent-Wiper is known only by her title outside the royal chambers, though she is essentially the queen. She is the only one who the GoNC trusts to clean his backside, which she does with the speed and dexterity her that kind is usually known for while running. She is very prideful of her position and widely respected for her down-to-business attitude and awareness of what needs to be done. While none have seen her 'lightening her load' as they say, it is rumoured that her volume is outstanding compared to her size, and her technique is exquisite.
