Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Oddly enough, it has two heads that seem to enjoy playing with each other.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Sunny and Moonshine have Peter Pan Syndrome, which prevents them from ever growing up. Moonshine loves the night, and spends the day asleep with his head curled up on Sunny's light blue shoulder. Sunny is awake all day, and sleeps the night on Moonshine's dark blue. Together, this two-headed wyrmling is constantly active, much to the annoyance of the rest of the town—both are mischief-makers. However, they also try to help whenever they can, and will stop in the middle of misbehaving if something serious happens. When a dragon around town gets depressed, whichever head is awake will come to cheer them up. There aren't many tasks they can preform given their small size, lack of wings, and needing to not wake the sleeping head, so they take great pride in keeping everyone in good spirits, and spend a lot of effort trying to get the mayor, Kwntkz, organizing fun community events.
