Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Silvertin Pepper, or Silvie for short, is a young Silver Tinsel Dragon. She is the most dramatic in her clan, and cares a lot about her looks. In her free time, she preens her scales constantly, and can't stand anything that isn't perfect. She is rather vain, which annoys the other dragons sometimes. She can't stand getting dirty, but will fight if her friends are in danger. Despite all this though, she is very generous and will always share her food rations with the hatchlings, and once distracted a sea serpent by giving him one of her shiny scales so her clan could pass a river. She is also very loyal and would never leave her clan. She currently has no specified mate.
