Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

For years, others have instilled the idea that life isn't, well, perfect to Perfect. Only, Perfect didn't really need any help. She found out on her own how cruel some dragons can be. When other dragons were getting paired up with mates, Perfect made it known that she wasn't going to be paired up with some muscled male. That brought dozens of dragons to try and break Perfect's spirit, but Perfect fought on. Then she met Tryin. Unlike Perfect, Tryin is much too soft, easily broken down, and yet, so, so resilient. Even though others would tear her down emotionally day in and day out, Tryin kept going and that got Perfect curious. So, Perfect got close to Tryin, attempting to teach her how to control her emotions, all the while falling for her. Last the caretaker heard, Tryin managed to find a nurturing side in Perfect. She finding comfort curled up under Perfect's wings. Perfect doesn't mind, though. She's perfectly content having Tryin around.
