Blusang Lindwyrms are quite different from most dragons in that they lack hind legs. In this regard, they resemble snakes, and this is evident in their movement; these lindwyrms slither along the ground, using their forelegs to lift them over rougher terrain. Blusangs are a coastal breed, preferring to live along rocky beaches and in seaside caves rather than sandy locations. They are omnivores who graze on seaweed from time to time, although their primary form of sustenance is fish.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Livia is loved by many of the clan, revered for her beauty and heritage. Livia herself is not aware of this, as she still has the mind of a hatchling. She has no interest in the males who try to seek out her affection, as she simply thinks that they are trying to be her friend and gets confused when they try and take it further. The only males she trusts now are her neighbors Eimar and Ryker, who have always been kind and have never made her feel uncomfortable. Livia can be found flying along her coastal home, and she loves digging through the sand for shells. This is where she met her most trusted friend, Umatilla the Terrae dragon, and they often go digging for shells together.
