Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Lord Of Art And Vigilance was laid just after the turn of the new year. He hatched shortly after Lord Of Fear And Reverence, and the two silvers grew up side-by-side, behaving nearly as twins throughout their adolescence. Lord Of Art And Vigilance does, however, have one interest that his twin does not share; human artistic expression. He can often be found painting huge murals on the remotest of cliff faces, far from the prying eyes of the most curious dragons. His tail is his brush, which occasionally annoys his weyrmate, She Whose Two Eyes Are Knives. The pigments are either too caked-on for him to be groomed properly, or so diluted the nest becomes a watercolor in its own right. Lord Of Art And Vigilance's four silver daughters in the weyr are varyingly indifferent to his artistic endeavors.
