Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Except for the occasional flicker of movement, it remains inanimate.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Feldberg has no wings, but she doesn't let that stop her. A Stone dragon's wings are useless anyway, no matter how often Blume der Nacht talks about using them for gliding. Feldberg has decided to build herself some functional wings—with her small size and enough fabric she should be able to make it work, to become the first Stone dragon to fly.
