Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Although a classical singer by nature with a voice and education best suited for dramatic performances of dragon opera, Monserrat has a second huge passion: the more "low brow" songs that Mercury and some of the more popular members of the Moonsilver Artists' Association so frequently perform. She will regularly join with some of her MAA friends to add her own style to their songs resulting in a great success with audiences.
