Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Liused is a very affectionate dragon. Ever since her new master rescued her as she was languishing beneath the tree she was tied to, she has liked to nuzzle and cuddle, and loved being carried. She was the joke among her master's other hatchlings, most of whom had been egg rescues. A dragon must maintain her stature and pride, after all. But Liused paid them no mind, simply being grateful for her second chance. Unfortunately, being a DRAGON and not a lapdog, this has led to some rather harrowing bedtime stories. Fortunately, she has grown up well and can now carry her master, which she enjoys even more than the other way around. But her oily skin makes this rather less desirable as far as her master is concerned. Unfortunately, her master is too small in comparison to argue with a full-grown dragon, domesticated or not. It's a good thing they have such a good relationship. Liused prides herself in her hunting prowess and will often bring back kills for her master like an overgrown cat.
