Magma Dragons are capable of withstanding the intense temperatures of their element. They live in volcanic regions, their bodies coated in the red hot magma which clings to their scales. They must leave the lava fields in order to hunt, although they require surprisingly little food to sustain their lumbering mass.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Chain is a dragon weighed down constantly by guilt. The problem is, no one really knows what she's guilty about. She never did anything. As a hatchilng, Chain catered to the others her age and even went out of her way to assist in some of the more cultured adults' cooking. She used her own magma to roast pig and goat carcasses, cooking them with a precision that even Red dragon fire couldn't achieve. She used her hardened scales to help slice up vegetables, and she assisted the Stripes in baking insects until their exoskeletons were hard and crispy and their insides soft and gooey. Heck, she even melted down the Cheese dragons into a spell-bindingly fragrant soup! One would assume that a dragon this good-natured would have no guilt to speak of, but ever since some Paper dragon came up with a scroll about enchanted objects being "sentient creatures", she's hardly gotten a full night's sleep.
