Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Vanille portrait is very shy and modest. She is often found with the guardian dragons for protection. Despite that she is the smartest dragon of the clan and usually knows what solution is best when the clan or other dragons faces problems. Unfortunately for her she doesn't have the leadership skills or the nerve to guide them. She is very aware of her flaws and tries to better herself, constantly asking advice from dragons she looks up to. Only on very rare and desperate situations she will stand up for herself or help others with her smarts. She has taught herself also to read and calculate. She needs approval from others to feel good about herself. She is hurt by indifference and doesn't understand unkindness. She is very giving dragon, who gets a lot of their personal satisfaction from the happiness of others.
