Shallow Water Dragons are found in tropical regions where the water is warm. They use their magic to hunt, using bubbles to capture small fish and animals. Their large, webbed feet make them excellent swimmers and they are able to move at very high speeds. Due to their bright color, these dragons are easily spotted in the lagoons where they live.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Aptly named, Leonidas the Brave is as bold and daring as a "cave full of lions", as he enjoys putting it. His great frills and vibrant orange color even make him look the part. In truth, the Shallow Water is very fearless indeed and has been known to be a worthy fighter. However, with great pride comes great egotism, and Leonidas is definitely not lacking in that department. He can be quite pushy with other dragons and has a less-than-healthy sense of humor. Even more difficult is his desire to be the ruling police force of the cave, deeming it his responsibility to intervene in outside affairs to keep the peace. This tends to grate on the nerves of others and Leonidas often quarrels with dragons such as Sergeant, 09, and Kobi Kuru. Many of the denizens of the cave jokingly refer to him as "The Lion."
