Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon... except for the tangle of dangerous-looking vines surrounding it...

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Mirren is an adorable baby dragon, but unfortunately not at all bright. Found wandering in the wilds by Tierar, who was searching the area for medicinal herbs, Mirren had no clue of her parents' names or where they might be. As time has passed, she has grown attractive red flowers on her dark green body, but has not acquired any more wisdom. She is extremely gullible, and believes all of Chyris' fairy tales to be completely true.
