Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Unlike most Skywings of the clan who work with Stuka's hunting group, Hornisse work exclusively for the defense forces. Her role is to perform nighttime missions which is where she applies what she learned from her superiors—to fly quietly and undetected. Reconnaissance missions take up a large part of her daily life, where she observes whatever the clan wishes to know under the cover of the night. Occasionally she will be ordered to perform night raids, which is why she was also trained by Stuka about attacking. Wuger also taught her a great deal of knowledge about defending herself in the skies as they both understand how dangerous these missions are. Although not working with Stuka's group and having next to no chance to socialize with them due to the difference of schedule, Hornisse is secretly thankful to the group for teaching her all the techniques that contributed to her continued survival in such harsh conditions.
