Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Respected as the Lady of the Storm, Stormivara is a noble dragon, appointed leader of the dragons of the skies and most talented in flight of all the dragons of her group. Gifted in aerial maneuvers, the ability to fly in near any weather conditions whatsoever and incredibly strong wings, she was a natural choice for the leading dragon of the skies. Well versed in the art of movement and strategy, Stormivara is the primary lady of all things aerial and tactical. She has quite a sharp wit and short temper, though is a hard but fair sort.

She also has the distinction of being one of the oldest dragons of all the pack, older than even the royals, though has not lost any of her talent or wit in age.
