Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It glows with some form of arcane energy.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Slightly obsessive-compulsive, Toasty-Toes had long been fascinated by toes. Having sharp, not-so-cute talons himself, the adorably stubby, harmless appendages have mesmerized him since birth. He will instantly appear should a person remove their boots and socks-provided their feet are not too stinky-and happily curl up around them, purring and cackling as he strokes his 'treasures.' Since his scales are still soft with youth and his body warm, most people relish his attention, although they are a bit uncomfortable when, on occasion, he licks them in such a ticklish area. This odd habit has earned him his name.
