Ice Dragons are fierce predators who hunt using their extremely cold breath. The breath of an ice dragon can freeze its prey solid in seconds. The body of an ice dragon is so cold that icicles will form along its skin no matter the outside temperature.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Journey to the alpine in study of certain species has brought some great findings. The one most mysterious and alluring is the species known as 'Ice dragons.' One particular female has been closely monitored; it's astounding. Her skin is freezing cold, her breath even colder. A true wonder to the world on how exactly a species like this can survive. So far there has not been any progress in determining how her body functions with a body temperature so cold; any normal creature would have perished centuries ago. And yet, expeditions continue to the alps to study her. It's almost like a drug; something one cannot just... stop studying. Nicotine. That should be her name. A name just as intoxicating as the mysteries that surround her.
