Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

Xipe Totec (the god) was the Aztec god of gold, spring, and the western direction. <br/>Xipe Totec, the dragon understands the cycles of life and what gold represents. It can represent the changing of the leaves or people can be fooled by what they think is gold (yet its Pyrite). Xipe, the dragon, has learned to be genuine, bright, and shining. He is an example for the other dragons, in our family.
