The Leodon Dragon is well-known for its astonishing size and short, explosive temper. Although often praised for its undying bravery, its penchant for jumping head-first into unknown situations often leads to more trouble than necessary, especially when the Leodon relies more on brute force to solve problems than its innate skill as a master of fire magic. These dragons are adventurous by nature and enjoy any physical challenge they come across, but nothing evokes a Leodon’s courage more than the endangerment of its kin, both blood and chosen. The friends and family of a Leodon are fiercely guarded, even at the cost of its own life.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Two Nits has a lice problem. Her leodon-short temper leads her to violent reactions when someone attempts to treat her mane and accidentally snags the louse comb on a tangle. Because the lice have been drinking her blood they have developed a resistance to fire mana and fire in general, meaning she cannot easily burn them out. She is afraid of death and darkness spells because she doesn't trust necromancers nor umbramancers, and she's concerned that a thunder mage would electrocute her in attempting to zap the lice from her fur. A magi offered to teleport the lice out of Two Nits's fur and, upon the offer being rejected, accused her of actively wanting her fur infestation. She denies this as slander. Ewysl and Brickarious eventually had to drive Two Nits out of Nworset on behalf of the maned and furry residents of the city because her lice kept hopping onto other hosts as she went about town. She now lives as a mercenary among the Northern Spires.
