Copper Dragons are masters of stealth, slipping silently and swiftly through the forests and jungles where they live. Often hunting in groups, their prey rarely know they are being stalked until the dragon’s at their throat. In the air they are agile and skilled. Copper Dragons prize family groups, spending large amounts of time teaching their young skills. So great is their love of life and family that they will sometimes adopt orphaned dragons of other breeds to raise.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Copper Benzoate keeps a colorful, tall, boxy device of her own creation in her cave. It's made of hundreds of moving parts but kept in like-new condition with magic. If visitors dispense a few shiny coins and pull a lever at the side, the three belts begin to whir. When the icons on each belt line up, a bunch more treasure is dispensed for the "player". Many people enter the cave to play in hopes that they will win. Of course, the odds are always against the player. Copper Benzoate has noticed that some visitors use the device with the goal of losing a bit just to have an experience, to feel the thrill of a risk and chase the "shadow of a win", as she says. However, many more players think they can win big, and these are the sort of people who add a ton of treasure to her pile. Some dragons think Copper Benzoate's method of accruing a hoard is cheating. She thinks nothing of those opinions. In fact, she's drawn up plans to build another device, one that involves picking numbers.
