Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn’t true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. These dragons are very violent, and will use their vines to capture, kill, and eat anything that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, their range is limited and they cannot use magic. Dark green dragons tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus are usually surrounded by a large clearing.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Vinerix is a farmer, of sorts. He absolutely adores apricots, and tunnels around his territory, killing anything he finds that is not an apricot tree and eating all the weeds. During apricot season, he eats all the fruit from the trees he has so carefully refrained from scarfing down. He tries to hide the fact that he doesn't actually like the taste of most meats, but some of the braver dragons have discovered that so long as they don't touch any apricot tree, they can safely traverse Vinerix's land and even have a pleasant conversation with him—but the second they touch a tree, the overprotective vine gets angry, quickly devolving to violence. A few have even proved willing to trade fruits and vegetables from their own lands in exchange for the prey Vinerix has defended his apricots from.

In conversation, Vinerix has revealed that he has always wanted to fly. Tabld once offered to carry him up but Vinerix shied away, too afraid of letting his back—where the vines attach—be seen.
