White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sapphireice got her name because of her brilliant blue eyes and her pure white scales and feathers. She doesn't ignore how she looks, per se, it's just that she finds helping and healing others more fulfilling than being overly conscious about one's appearance. As the second eldest White, behind her father Cloudspinner, she is knowledgeable about how to treat virtually any ailment. However, she specializes in problems of the mind and spirit, and any dragon, or sometimes even passing humans, affected by something akin to those are promptly sent to her for treatment.
