Black Tea Dragons have small scent glands on the underside of their wing arm that release a pleasant scent. Though many creatures enjoy being in the vicinity of Black Tea dragons, the scent is intended to draw in swarms of butterflies. Though Black Tea dragons are full sized dragons, these insects are the mainstay of their diet.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

An amiable dragon who values the benefits of peaceful rest, Caliph often seeks out quiet spots for himself, places where the sun hits just right and the warmth and light make one grateful to be alive. While he's quite happy to socialize with anyone who stumbles over him in such places, he's far less inclined to leave to seek out company himself--unless, that is, a particularly wonderful smell catches his attention. Knowing well that aromas have just as much value in taste as they do in their own virtues, his sensitive nose often leaves him straight to where fine teas or sweet meats are being made, where an offer of some of his perfumed oil is often enough to earn him a taste. Then he is content to relax and socialize once again, chatting cheerfully til late afternoon and snapping up the occasional butterfly all the while.
