Lunar Heralds are deeply attuned to the two moons of Valkemare, Aurax and Cirion. Strictly nocturnal, they draw energy from moonlight and will only hunt when the moons have waned. When breeding, the amount of moonlight the parents receive from each moon will determine the color of the egg produced. When a Lunar Herald is struck by direct moonlight, an illusion of multiple wings may appear. Witnessing a Lunar Herald’s illusory wings is commonly believed to be a sign of good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Gold-Lucky is considered to be an omen of future riches. The legends say her hide is composed of a goddess's gold, blessed by the earth and forged in a star. Her presence is told to coat trees in gold-dust and bring forth precious metals from the sun and the dirt. Because of this intense lore, Gold-Lucky has gone into hiding from fanatics who wish to use her and trap her for her supposed legendary powers. She knows these tales don't even come close to what she can actually do, so she fears for her life because of what might happen if humans found this out. She doesn't find these tales to be flattering, not one bit.
