Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Nekkatar is a beautiful dragon. His power is kept for good as in helping others. Though he fell deeply in love with another other dragon, Pakatara, as they spent time together they each realized that starting a family may not be a bad idea. So they decided that only one child may be enough. Uzamaki was their only child. Though Pakatara broke his heart he still loves her dearly. He wasn't accepted by other dragons when he was a child. He had no friends because of his colorful bright patterns. Nekkatar saved a hatchling's life her name was Hinata Haruno. He dipped her into the river of dreams because when she was born she was not breathing. Now she considers Nekkatar as a loving guardian. Nekkatar continues his love life with a different dragon which he loves dearly, Shadow star-glade, she laid several eggs with him, yet sadly none survived.
