Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Nouwn seems to like three things—persons, places, and things. Some suspect he actually likes only one thing: nouns. He also likes the letter 'w' and the number '0', and believes that they have sponsored him. At least that is his explanation for why there is a 'w' in his name, although perhaps it is more closely related to the fact that neither of his parents were not known for their ability to spell. He perhaps the most friendly dragon in the Bleeding Hart, mostly because all the things he interacts with are nouns. He is not so fond of adverbs, and adjectives unnerve him. He is outright hostile to conjunctions.
...The other dragons are moderately disturbed by Nouwn's habit of treating parts of speech as if they are concrete things that can be bested in single combat. At least he doesn't attack the individuals who use words out of those categories and he does his duties as part of the Clan of Flame.
