Dragons are creatures with nearly unlimited life spans. They can survive for long periods of time, and no one has found a dragon that has died of old age. Adolescence is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling's wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Once they hit adolescence, hatchlings change quickly, maturing to their full forms in only 2 years.

Dragons don't communicate with each other verbally, but they will growl to scare off predators and frighten prey. Young dragons will emit an extremely high-pitched squeal when they are frightened. To communicate, they use telepathy with each other and to speak to other creatures.

Geode dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Long ago the town of Therracles came under siege by the forces of evil. The defenders of this small village were powerless against the demons that plagued them! So they did what any person under siege would do they prayed to their god WOS. No one knew why they called it WOS just that it was a custom. when they were done praying a shimmer of light became a hole out of which fell a stone of many colors! It cracked and out came WOS she flew over the demons breathing fire and destroying them! Finally they were all defeated and WOS disappeared to come again in a time of need...WOS's descendant is known as Wingsofstone!
