Space Chickens are a group of chickens who believe they were transported from outer space to the dragon cave with the sole purpose of taking over planet Earth. Unfortunately, a considerable amount of soldiers fall victim to the meat-eating inferior native inhabitants. As a counter measure, a new unit of this large army of strange hens was created: the SCLF, or Space Chicken Liberation Front.

Super Cucco is one of three chickens in charge of these rescue operations. Since chickens lack opposable thumbs, smoothly coordinated teamwork is required to handle their technically highly developed tools. Super Cuccos are selected on their ability to keep track of the beaks, wings and feet of half a dozen chickens at the same time, and steering them to the correct position. This is a very stressful job, as they have only a limited amount of time to dismantle the prison, called 'coop' in human language, before the guards return.
