Aww... It's a cute baby dragon. It is made out of paper, and is so small and light, you can hold it on one finger.
The pieces have rearranged themselves to form little wings which it uses to glide around.
Young dragons are relatively defenseless. Their scales don't grow in until right before they mature, and they have almost no strength. Once a hatchling's wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are usually left alone by their mother and begin to hunt and survive on their own.
Post-it's enchanted paper body was created out of a small piece of tablet paper, barely large enough to fold into a hatchling. As a result, the enchantment never proceeded forward into the adult stage, and he remains always and forever a small enchanted Paper Dragon hatchling.
