Aww... It's a cute baby dragon. Ever since it hatched, the sky has been full of very dark clouds.
And look! It's grown its wings! It must be close to maturing. It's learned to use its new wings quickly and you now have a hard time keeping it on the ground.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. Their scales don't grow in until right before they mature, and they have almost no strength. Once a hatchling's wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are usually left alone by their mother and begin to hunt and survive on their own.

Pessimism, or 'Pez' as he is occasionally called, is a rather quiet dragon. He secludes himself from the others, and lacks the desire to socialize with the others. He has a rather negative outlook on life, and fails to see the more positive side of things, thus he is avoided, being the somewhat depressing dragon that he is. Despite his bleak personality, Louve, also a storm hatchling, tries her hardest to try and befriend Pez, much to Xandya's, an earth hatchling who is often seen with Louve, distaste.
