Young dragons are relatively defenseless. Their scales don't grow in until right before they mature, and they have almost no strength. Once a hatchling's wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are usually left alone by their mother and begin to hunt and survive on their own.
Lemon Blossom is a good natured dragon, fascinated with plant life and the world around her. She spends her entire day wandering around, identifying plants and trees and even different types of grass. She has a large collection of samples, which she retains in her possession at all times. Some day she hopes to breed her own plants, especially lillies, her favorites.
