Dragons are creatures with nearly unlimited life spans. They can survive for long periods of time, and no one has found a dragon that has died of old age. Adolescence is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling's wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Once they hit adolescence, hatchlings change quickly, maturing to their full forms in only 2 years.

Dragons don't communicate with each other verbally, but they will growl to scare off predators and frighten prey. Young dragons will emit an extremely high-pitched squeal when they are frightened. To communicate, they use telepathy with each other and to speak to other creatures.

Sunset dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Lelidr is a night dweller, plain and simple. He'll refuse to go out in the daylight even if you paid him in treasure and meat. He loves brawls at night, he enjoys showing off his strength as a dominant male. Lelidr is however easily angered and will go in a rage, He's been called the "Destroyer of Towns" or "Apocalypse of new settlements." be it big or small. He'll take human livestalk without any regret and even the occasional human for a pet. Lelidr is not a dragon anyone wants on their bad side.
