And look! It's grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. Their scales don't grow in until right before they mature, and they have almost no strength. Once a hatchling's wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are usually left alone by their mother and begin to hunt and survive on their own.

HopefulSpring is a very sweet Seasonal Dragon hatchling. HopefulSpring is like a cool Spring breeze, refreshing and welcome. Almost all of the other hatchlings in her cave consider her to be one of their best friends. When she isn't joining in a game with the other hatchlings, she can be found entertaining one of the adult dragons of her cave. She is especially fond of her older sister, JoyOfSpring, and they can often be seen together.
