Aww... It's a cute baby dragon. Except for the occasional flicker of movement, it remains inanimate.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. Their scales don't grow in until right before they mature, and they have almost no strength. Once a hatchling's wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are usually left alone by their mother and begin to hunt and survive on their own.

Eronice never gendered, but thinks of himself as male.  Eronice (in ancient draconic, his name means "hard heart") is the sub-clan's official lookout.  While few creatures will attack adult dragons, unguarded hatchlings can be easy prey.  That is why it is Eronice's duty to ensure if they are attacked, they can at least prepare themselves first.  Eronice has been known to stand guard over the valley for days without moving, and has few friends in the sub-clan.
