Dragons are creatures with nearly unlimited life spans. They can survive for long periods of time, and no one has found a dragon that has died of old age. Adolescence is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling's wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Once they hit adolescence, hatchlings change quickly, maturing to their full forms in only 2 years.

Dragons don't communicate with each other verbally, but they will growl to scare off predators and frighten prey. Young dragons will emit an extremely high-pitched squeal when they are frightened. To communicate, they use telepathy with each other and to speak to other creatures.

White dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can't bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Celesta has a kind heart and an unusual empathy for all living creatures. If someone close is in pain, it makes her hurt as well. Because of this she tries to heal others with her natural warmth and intuition. A bit of a contradiction, she can seem both lighthearted and serious. Celesta is eager to lend a sympathetic ear, and is very loyal. She is also dreamy and mystical, often having her head in the clouds and chasing her dreams.

However, Celesta is very shy. She can be in a cave full of friendly dragons and still feel all alone. When things get bad, she tends to retreat and not let others in. This makes it hard for her to connect to others. She also tends to over think small things, making decisions difficult.

This kind white dragon loves to fly in the clouds like a free spirit. She'll spend hours in the air, just gliding far above the Earth, enjoying the freedom the sky has to offer. Then, she returns happily home to be with her friends.
