Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Blupinxe is the mate of Catra Jipci, quite possibly one of the most evil chickens in the Space Chicken Alliance. As the son of the great leader, Kensa Jipci, he is involved in most of the planning processes for sneaking into and attacking nearby alliances. Blupinxe helps his mate sneak into nearby camps under the cover of darkness and swipes hatchlings and eggs from the sleeping adults.

When at camp, he assists with the indoctrination of the recruits and new captives. Those who do not fit into the plan have a tendency to end up frozen or are left in the wild to fend for themselves. He can not be bothered to work with weak or simple minded hatchlings when there is work to be done.
