Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Oh Khay is the first metallic in the cave. Because of this, she is fiercely prideful and perhaps a bit arrogant. It is hard to put up with her annoying, self-indulgent airs. When she walks into a room, she expects all eyes to turn to her and admire her beautiful scales. Although she is prideful of her appearances, she does not look down on others as inferior in personality. The only thing she really prides herself is her shimmering scales and beauty. In all else she is actually surprisingly humble and good hearted. Once she can get around her vanity, she is great to be around. Oh Khay harbors a fierce hatred for humans. As a hatchling, one tried to kill her for her beautiful scales. Ever since, she has seen them as a threat, menace, and pest. If she had her way, she would eradicate all of the nearby human villages, but thankfully some of the calmer and more understanding dragons keep this urge under check.
