Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Although Magi Dragons are well known for their magical prowess there must always be an exception to the rule. This exception is Naomi. Before coming to the Storm Crow Clan she was abandoned as an egg and this sad event appears to have affected both her confidence and her magical powers. Whenever she tries to do magic something is certain to go wrong, amongst her many disasters are the time she set fire to other dragons tails and when she accidentally caused a storm that blew the canopy dragons down from the tree tops. Despite this she is a happy dragon and enjoys playing on the beach. She likes to collect coloured shells and arrange them in patterns upon the sand. Her favourite food is slugs, in particular the black ones as they are very easy to catch and she would willingly share them with all her clan mates, if they wished to share, which they certainly do not. Regardless of her disgusting eating habits she is much loved by her friends just so long as she does not try to do magic.
