Mario's Bikini Babe does not fully understand the meaning of its name, and therefore calls itself Frank. Frank was the first to be classified as a dino in the pack. Because of this, many of the others look up to the teen Stegosaurus stenops; especially the younger dinos. Unlike many of Frank's "followers", it does not have any holding resentment against the owner for being permanently young.
