Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

When this magi dragon was grown, the poacher Lorraine attempted to name him Koraesh.  However, ever time her strode into his lair and started to address him by it...

"K--"

"SHHHH!"

He would shush her.

Every time, she strode right back out in a temper, leaving the dragon to his scholarly pursuits.  Which was exactly as he wished.

One day, when Lorraine strode in and began the usual routine, she said, "K'SHHHHHHHH!" and pre-empted him, startling him so badly that he spun around in surprise, knocking over several beakers and magical powders.  "See THAT gotcha," his raiser said cheekily.  "Must be partial to it.  See you later, K'shhhh!"  And, having bestowed the name upon him, she strode right back out again.

K'shhhh has been wary of her ever since.
