Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Phil first joined the Moonsilver Artists' Association as a drummer. He was completely happy to support his band members with percussions. But then their original singer left the band and the remaining three of them were left—moments before a performance—without a singer. Phil stepped in to save the day and hasn't stopped singing ever since. His songs vary from light-hearted fun to serious ballads and although some of the more artistically inclined members think he should have stayed with his drums, a lot of dragons enjoy his enthusiasm and easily accessible music.
