This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Frank came at a high price. BD71 had been waiting for a rare dragon like him for a very long time. But why such a scrawny, sickly-looking animal like Frank could possibly appeal to her, was anyone's guess. The only one that understood, it seemed, was Igor, the spitfire that was intended to be what Frank is. It was Igor who found the gold egg from the Cave-of-No-Parents and brought it to be traded for either a tinsel or a neglected egg. The joy when someone offered the ugly hatchling for that gold was almost unbearable, and Frank was placed at the front of the cave, in a room of Igor's glass house that she made especially for him. She knows he will never be her mate, but he is her best friend, and he gets the choicest pieces of meat from her hunts, even if occasionally he snaps at her and anyone else who comes near. Who can blame him- neglect is not the nicest thing that can happen to a dragon, but in Frank's case, it has made him a very special addition to BD71's cave.
