White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ayzahd is the apprentice to an organization of dragons with dark magic. He never chose to be, and had his own powers forced upon him. He avoids these dragons at all costs, choosing to spend his time with the Astrail brothers and helping their cause. He is a true pacifist at heart, and would much rather turn his talents to healing. Though he objects he realizes if he must fight, there is no way around it. He fights without magic, often leading in his own injury due to lack of experience. However, this suits him just fine, as he'd rather be the one who gets hurt.
