Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Heiwana Yoru is just your average Royal Blue Dragon. She is quiet and peaceful. She lives in a small clan of other nocturnal dragons and they all get along well. She has been charged with looking after one particular little hatchling named Eien who is always sleeping. She doesn't mind though even if he is not her own hatchling.

Her name means Peaceful Night.
