Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The art of fireworks may seem commonplace to some, flashy bangs which give one a nasty headache but to Seraphine they are an art, an intricate web of powders, precision and position. She spends hours, weaving the fuses out of fallen reeds and attaching them to the sacks filled with dynamite and chemicals, that burn so bright in so many colours they light up the night sky long after the stars have gone to sleep. Experimentation is her pride and joy, as she carefully pours the amounts in, exact to the gram, lights the extremely long and slow working fuse, then scuttles behind a rock safely out of blasts way. She bears scars from where she misjudged the power, but her eyes bear the mark of the beauty and wonders she creates when she gets it just right. Every celebration, she lights the fuses on their way, and soars up with the twirling sparks and dancing smoke, neatly sidestepping the heavenly blasts, and dancing with ribbons of fire.
