Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Karma Lord is a fosterling of Ajopidar, who found her egg and protected her from then on. Karma Lord is unusual in that good luck occurs to anyone she cares about. She knows that size does not matter and wanted to prove it to the world. She asked her master Storm to cast a spell to freeze her as a hatchling. Even to this day she is proving that despite her small size she can do great deeds. She loves to help and protect the innocent with her shield tail.
