Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Georgie Quinn, boy wonder, is a libertine and a pest. Though bound for many years to a wife, Bosie, his violet-eyed darling, his carelessness has made him a father to many an egg, and a bloodline spanning more than five generations. (And that is counting only those he decides are his.) Rather than providing for his brood, he pursues the sensual pleasures of food: overripe fruit, and fat, juicy, green caterpillars, which are gathered and brought to him by less socially relevant relatives.

His status within the group derives from his friendship with the Matriarch, Farsi, who took a liking to him since the moment he hatched. Ever since has he been a flatterer, much to his convenience. Though intelligent, he lacks the will or concentration to actually do anything of use. It is charm what saves him.
